About the Role:

As a Senior Account Executive at AirTeams, your primary focus will be driving new business acquisition. You'll manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, targeting US-based businesses and demonstrating the value of AirTeams's unique approach. This full-time, commission-only role offers unlimited earning potential directly tied to your sales success. We provide a competitive commission structure designed to reward top performers, along with a consistent flow of qualified leads (40-60 SQLs monthly) generated through our paid advertising efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify US-based businesses through various channels, including networking, online research, and utilizing provided SQLs.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and consultations, showcasing AirTeam's solutions and addressing client-specific marketing challenges.

  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently exceed sales targets.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.

  • Manage your sales pipeline, meticulously tracking activities and progress within our CRM system.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

  • Collaborate effectively with the AirTeams team to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable success in B2B sales, ideally within the marketing or related sectors.

  • Essential: Experience selling to US-based companies.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.

  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

  • Thrives in a full-time, commission-only environment.

  • Fluent English (native or near-native proficiency).

  • Availability to work within US time zones.

  • Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, or related field preferred).
