Position Summary:
The Senior Account Executive is tasked with leading efforts to manage and grow key client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and sales execution to achieve significant revenue targets. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and the ability to articulate their value to clients. As a leader, you will develop and implement client-focused strategies, enhance engagement, and serve as a key advisor for clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Lead efforts to deliver tailored solutions to key clients and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance client relationships and drive growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding and addressing their needs.
• Conduct detailed presentations and product demonstrations for key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution feasibility and success.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Restaurant operations, sales, or management experience and/or training/certification
• 5 years + of sales or operational experience with complex SaS and hardware solutions and professional services or prior experience in the POS industry
• In-depth experience and understanding of the Restaurant market and related competition
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex sales strategies.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Experience working with C level individuals within the customer base
• Sales and/or Marketing experience with emphasis on prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business

• Experience in managing large-scale client accounts.
• Ability to build and nurture high-impact client relationships.
• Proven track record of successful project execution and revenue growth.
