The Role

About the Role at RobCo

At RobCo, we develop AI-powered robotic systems that make industrial processes more autonomous, efficient, and scalable. Our Autonomous Manufacturing Platform combines modular industrial hardware with physical AI, enabling rapid deployment and continuous optimization in real production environments.

With locations in Munich, San Francisco, and Austin, and backed by leading investors such as Lightspeed, Lingotto Innovation, and Sequoia, we are working to redefine industrial automation.

At RobCo, we automate the ordinary, so humans can do the extraordinary. To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious Account Executive - OEM (m/f/d) to help us establish RobCo as Europe’s leading provider of automation solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identifying, acquiring and developing strategic OEM and technology partnerships in Germany and, in the future, beyond.

  • You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from the initial approach and definition of joint use cases to contract negotiation and implementation.

  • You will position RobCo as a software, platform and automation partner for companies looking to expand their portfolio or tap into new markets.

  • Together with product, software and engineering teams, you will define joint value propositions, go-to-market models and pilot projects.

  • You will regularly visit partners on site, build strong relationships at management and operational level, and drive strategic initiatives forward.

  • You will work closely with marketing, solutions and business development to scale partnerships sustainably.

  • You will manage your success in a data-driven manner using KPIs (pipeline, partner revenue, strategic milestones) and continuously develop your partner portfolio.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • At least 8 years of experience in B2B sales (e.g. as an account executive or business development manager), preferably in the tech/SaaS/industrial environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of the MEDDIC sales methodology – you have mastered the theory and can demonstrate its successful application in practice.

  • Proven success in developing and closing new accounts.

  • Strength in communication, networking and stakeholder management at C-level in German and English

  • Willingness to travel within Germany

  • Ambitious, data-driven and motivated to conquer the market together with a fast-growing company.

Why join RobCo?

  • Develop modular, software-defined robotics solutions with us that set new standards in automation.

  • Help us build robots equipped with state-of-the-art AI that perceive their environment, analyze data, and make intelligent decisions in real time.

  • As part of a very dynamic and fast-growing scale-up, you will take on responsibility from day one, drive your own projects, and see the direct impact of your work.

  • Flat hierarchies, open communication, and regular 360° feedback enable fast decisions and support your professional and personal development.

  • Work out across Germany in over 7,200 studios with our subsidized Wellpass membership.

  • Flexible working hours, a modern office, and—depending on the role—the option to work from home.

  • Regular team events—from relaxed beer & pizza nights on the rooftop terrace to shared experiences on ski trips or at Oktoberfest.
