Senior Account Executive - MIS

Service Express UK is seeking an accomplished Senior Account Executive with a strong track record in selling Managed Services into new business environments.

This role is primarily focused on direct new-logo acquisition—driving engagement with mid-market and enterprise organisations to introduce and position Service Express MIS solutions. While you will also engage with ISVs and Application MSPs where strategically valuable, the core mandate is to secure net-new customers through disciplined prospecting, consultative selling, and effective deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, target, and secure new direct business through cold outreach, social selling, networking, and industry events.

• Conduct discovery meetings, understand customer needs, and tailor MIS solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, PreSales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, build 12-month pipelines, and develop account plans for ISVs and key prospects.
• Create and share thought leadership content via blogs and social media.
• Represent the company at industry events and confidently articulate the value of Service Express offerings.
• Support internal reporting and forecasting processes, including ROI tracking and performance reviews.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or SaaS.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tech stacks.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and strategic in approach.
