Your Role
As part of emnify’s continued expansion, we are seeking a Senior Account Executive based in São Paulo, Brazil, to drive our growth across the region. In this strategic sales role, you will help shape our presence in LATAM by building strong customer relationships and closing high-value opportunities in a dynamic, fast-moving IoT connectivity market.
You’ll partner closely with marketing, solution engineering, and global colleagues to build a robust pipeline and accelerate deal velocity. From prospecting and qualification through to solution design and negotiation, you’ll own the full sales cycle and act as a trusted advisor to customers looking to modernize their IoT connectivity infrastructure.
This role is ideal for a driven, consultative salesperson who thrives in a scale-up environment and wants the autonomy to make a visible impact in a growing region.
Your Impact
-New customer acquisition, driving new revenue and managing the entire customer life cycle
-Develop territory and meet annual recurring revenue targets
-Become a trusted advisor for your customers and manage the entire sales cycle including pricing, competitive differentiation, solution design, and contracting process
-Work with your customers' decision-makers and influencers in Line of Business Management, --Development and Product Management, Operations, and Procurement
-Leverage other emnify stakeholders in solution engineering, product management, and marketing
-Create a winning culture in an exciting growth market
Your Skills
-Demonstrated sales experience with complex B2B SaaS products (Telco IoT preferred but not required)
-Extensive experience with deal-closing responsibilities and a strong focus on enterprise sales
-Experience in value-based selling and exposure to sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales
-Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business goals and quota
-Strong proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with a passion for automation and data-driven processes
-Experience managing full sales cycles and close plans for deals exceeding 100k ARR
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese
