Team missionAs a Senior Account Executive Lead you will report to our Head of Sales EMEA and lead a team of 10 Account Executives spread across Paris, Amsterdam, and Dubai offices. Together, they're on the front line of supply growth: prospecting, acquiring, and signing the region's best attractions and activity partners, building relationships that last, and turning every deal into a strategic supply advantage for GetYourGuide.
Your mission- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently hit and exceed new supplier acquisition and revenue targets.
- Build a disciplined operating rhythm: weekly pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy checks, activity and conversion dashboards, call coaching, and deal strategy sessions.
- Drive sales process excellence: identify and scale opportunities across the funnel ( outreach tactics, pitch quality, objection handling, pricing/terms negotiations, pitch, deal cycle management)
- Ensure high-quality CRM hygiene and data integrity; leverage sales tools and software (including CRM like Salesforce and sales enablement tools) for forecasting, capacity planning, and performance insights.
- Partner cross-functionally with BizOps, Supply Marketing, Legal, and Finance to remove roadblocks, accelerate onboarding, and scale repeatable playbooks.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of Bar raiser; foster an inclusive, high-trust, high-ownership team culture grounded in ethics and customer impact.
- 5+ years in B2B sales including 2+ years leading high-velocity new business teams (e.g., SDR/AE or field acquisition) with a strong record of exceeding targets.
- Strong operational leader: builds repeatable systems, improves KPIs across the funnel (activity, conversion, cycle time, forecast accuracy), and scales best practices.
- Exceptional coach and communicator: uplevels objection handling, negotiation, and executive storytelling; runs effective deal reviews and call coaching.
- Data-driven and process-oriented: comfortable with sales tools and software—including CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools—for forecasting and performance management.
- Skilled negotiator with a win-win mentality; comfortable creating constructive tension and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Deep curiosity and business acumen: ties proposals to ROI, efficiency, and risk; adapts messaging to supplier leadership.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, international and entrepreneurial environment; models high ethics, resilience, and accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English plus local language
- Travel industry, marketplace, or travel tech experience is a plus; a relevant network in tourism is an advantage.
