We are thrilled to be looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Account Executive to assist in the development and execution of guest programmes across our motorsport portfolio. The role requires experience of in-person event operations, account management, and building strong client and rights holder relationships.  This role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of marketing activation and guest programmes across different motorsports partners and series.   

You will be Responsible for:

Supporting the account team in management and administration of a cross-section of motorsport clients programmes, with a focus on supplier and asset management, guest programme planning and management, and on-site support as required throughout the year.

  • Account administration including ownership of status documents, client reporting, programme logistics management
  • Supporting the creation and distribution of guest communications, collateral and gifting
  • Supporting the creation of client internal market communications, partnership toolkits and partnership assets
  • Support the management, reporting and approval of client asset inventory such as ticketing, merchandise, talent appearances, show cars, marketing communications
  • Research and management of suppliers, from branding to accommodation and transport, vendor tracking support and ensuring all suppliers fall within our company and clients T&C’s.
  • Support with compliance process and associated admin, such as risk assessments, GDPR process, insurances and contingency planning.
  • Management of guest information, logistics & reports including rooming lists, guest lists, guest itineraries, food and beverage lists
  • Onboarding with the administrative running of guest management systems including handling guest information updates and communicating internally and to client as required (Transportation, Hotel, F&B, Tickets, etc.)
  • Support the planning and simultaneous management of multiple global hospitality programmes, both remotely and on-site. On-site event delivery including guest liaison, supplier management and team support, both trackside or away from track.
  • Post event reporting admin support
  • Turning your hand to support the team deliver whichever motorsport event is coming up, doing it with a smile and learning on the way!
  • Support and delivery of wider client partnership activations

You will also need to have:

  • A degree qualification or equivalent
  • High level Power Point Skills, Excel and Outlook and a confidence to present internally and externally
  • Great attention to detail and ability to pull together client facing documents quickly and accurately
  • Not essential but will help if you have an interest in motorsport
  • A valid passport and willingness to travel internationally during race season when required, inclusive of weekends.
