Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager/Account Manager to join our Enterprise team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating as an individual contributor focused on selling enterprise solutions and services to corporate healthcare institutions. You will act as a strategic thinker who can navigate the operational intricacies of the healthcare industry and meet its current digital transformation needs.

What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Drive Strategic Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth: Identify, engage, and build senior-level relationships with hospitals to maintain a robust sales pipeline and successfully achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets by driving end-to-end sales of enterprise and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
Collaborate for Customized Solution Delivery: Partner closely with Solution Architects, Product Development, and Operations teams to present, define, and deliver customized enterprise solutions that effectively address the evolving digital transformation trends within the healthcare sector.
Ensure Contractual & Regulatory Compliance: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring all commercial proposals, contracts, and service agreements comply fully with organizational standards, legal policies, and relevant healthcare industry regulatory requirements while tracking ongoing policy developments.
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales, with a strong focus on selling Medical Devices, Healthcare Information Technology (IT) Solutions, or Digital Software as a Service (SaaS) products to hospitals in South India.
Strong knowledge of enterprise solutions relevant to the healthcare sector, including records management, data analytics, cloud services, and emerging digital transformation trends.
Proven ability in strategic solution-selling, building senior-level client relationships, presenting customized service offerings, and closing high-value deals.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred
