Role Summary

The Senior Account Executive will drive enterprise compute and hybrid infrastructure sales for major banking, trading, insurance, and fintech clients across the New York Metro region. The role combines executive-level relationship management with technical solution leadership in virtualized compute, secure data management, RegTech integration, and AI-driven analytics infrastructure. Engagements will span data center transformation, hybrid cloud deployments, and workload optimization projects within FSI customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business growth strategies with core financial institutions.
  • Partner with account leaders, solution architects to deliver compliant infrastructure blueprints aligned to SEC, FINRA, and NYDFS standards.
  • Lead customer engagements around compute modernization, regulatory-ready infrastructure, and AI/ML platform enablement for trading and risk analytics.
  • Navigate complex decision cycles involving IT leadership, procurement, compliance, and cybersecurity teams across top-tier banks, hedge funds, and payment providers.
  • Represent the company at major FSI and fintech conferences in New York and regional customer strategy forums.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Business or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of enterprise software, compute, or cloud infrastructure sales experience targeting FSI clients.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise accounts in financial services or fintech sectors across banking, trading, and insurance.
  • Solid understanding of compute infrastructure, data privacy frameworks, and hybrid cloud operating models compliant with financial regulations.
  • Strong negotiation, executive presentation, and multi-stakeholder engagement experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with capital markets IT, cloud compliance, and RegTech ecosystems prevalent in New York’s financial sector.
  • Knowledge of financial analytics workloads, real-time trading data, and secure data center integration.
  • Cloud or security certifications (AWS, Azure, or CISSP) preferred.
  • Record of achieving multimillion-dollar sales targets within regulated enterprise environments.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $210,500.00 - $495,000.00
