As the founding member of our AU field sales team, you will devise, lead and execute on the sales strategy for AU with a team of cross-functional partners to meet and exceed your goals. You will also be instrumental in developing and growing partnerships while also building out the team to further our growth and impact in the AU.

What You'll Do

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while accurately forecasting future business.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales processes from lead to close.
  • Demonstrate effective needs analysis paired with technical demonstration.
  • Empathise with and understand the needs of key stakeholders including teachers, school leaders, and higher level administrators.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and prioritise impact.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our evolving products and services.
  • Utilise our CRM and tech stack with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Use data to inform strategy and guide decision-making.
