Senior Account Executive/Account Manager – Medical Communications

We are hiring an Senior Account Executive/Account Manager to join our Medical Communications team. You will support a global growth account within an interesting and evolving therapy area, delivering work across medical affairs.
You will have medical affairs experience and enjoy managing projects, working with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
You will:
- Manage medical communications projects across medical affairs deliverables
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Be a client-facing contact, supporting daily communication and building strong working relationships
- Track budgets, forecasts, and project finances, with support from senior team members
- Work closely with writers, editors, and account team colleagues
- Identify issues early and propose practical solutions
- Contribute ideas and improvements to ways of working
What we're looking for

- Project management and organisational skills
- Experience supporting financial tracking or budget management
- Confidence communicating with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and use initiative
