The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Account Director to lead one of our most strategic Federal Government relationships and play a key role in growing our Government business. If you thrive in complex environments, enjoy shaping commercial outcomes, and can partner confidently with senior leaders across government, this is a high-impact role.

What you'll be doing

  •   Lead a strategic account: strengthen multi-level engagement, uplift solution design, and drive retention and renewal outcomes.
  •  Grow the account:  identify new opportunities, shape go-to-market responses, and position our capability with senior stakeholders.
  • Shape sales strategy : work closely with the Head of Federal Government and leadership team to develop tools, forecasts, and strategy that improve win rates and revenue outcomes.
  •  Provide commercial support: guide the team through renewals and negotiations for new solutions.
  •  Build and nurture relationships within the agency and partner ecosystem in Canberra including with key stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong Federal Government account management and sales experience.
  • Hold a Government security clearance
  • A background in ICT and/or security services (and an understanding of technology).
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to turn data into insight.
  • Advanced negotiation skills and experience supporting contract negotiations.
  • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capability.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong experience in Bid writing

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Contract Management experience
  • Knowledge of and experience with Federal Government Gateway Consolidation Program
  • NSW and/or Vic Government procurement experience
  • Risk Management experience
