Responsibilities
Deliver sales targets and meet KPI's through the management of a mixed portfolio of new business and existing clients.
Achievement of sales targets
Develop and execute strategic account plans for top accounts
Proactively drive revenue from previously unknown or under leveraged sources.
Source opportunities through research and networking.
Implement strategic account management and key account planning programs.
Prepare a wide range of written proposals including full costing quotations.
Offer insightful and strategic solutions to business objectives.
Support the implementation of marketing programs, new product rollouts and other initiatives.
Develop knowledge of client sectors, business, industry issues and products and solutions.
Experience
Strong academic background & 8+ years’ work experience
Knowledge & Skill
Proven success in achieving targets and KPI’s Relationship builder with a Hunter mindset Excellent Communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders Fun, energetic and passionate
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet a range of tight deadlines

The base salary range for this position in is $80K-$120K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A competitive sales incentive program will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status. The commission plan is designed to reward individuals for meeting and exceeding sales targets and plan details will be provided to candidates during the interview.
