About the role

Ogilvy Melbourne is looking for a Senior Account Director to join the team.  

The account is fast-paced, expands across multiple touchpoints in each campaign, and is packed with growth opportunities. You will be immersed deeply in the business and will support a range of projects, spanning brand through to digital, all connected back to solving business challenges. 

The team is tight-knit, supportive, with no egos and always looking for ways to have fun on the day-to-day. 

What you’ll do

• Nurture relationships at the most senior client relationship level 
• Create the environment to enable the agency to deliver strong creative solutions 
• Deliver against a set of financial objectives agreed with the agency management
• Responsible for identifying and exploiting growth opportunities to maximise income generation opportunities with existing clients
• Have a point of view on the agency culture, vision, and business development for senior management 

What you’ll bring

This role is suited towards an Account Director ready to step up or someone already working as a Senior Account Director. We're looking for a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of financial principles and a keen eye for creative solutions. You should have proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams, along with excellent negotiation skills and demonstrated financial acumen in managing budgets and forecasting.
