Summary of Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join the AdCellerant team as a Senior Account Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing our revenue initiatives by growing, maintaining, and managing digital proposals for our partners. You will work closely with sales leadership and Senior Account Managers to lead and support a team of Account Coordinators.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic advertising proposals, explaining digital advertising solutions and products, and addressing partner and advertiser questions about AdCellerant’s processes and platforms. Additionally, you will serve as both a key individual contributor and a coach, guiding the team to achieve excellence in all client interactions.
You will work as an extension of our Account Managers, addressing problems, questions, and needs for a set list of channel sales partners. Given your frequent interaction with these partners and their sales executives, you need to be strategic in managing your time between producing sales proposals, answering partner questions, and assisting in sales meetings. Quick connections to the right resources and continual learning about our sales products and services are essential for effectively building proposals and plans.
As part of your leadership duties, you will host one-on-ones with assigned Account Coordinators, coaching them on tasks and responsibilities and escalating concerns when necessary. You will also report to the Sales Director on any required resources, training, or additional assistance needed for partners.

Responsibilities:
Strategy: Set the tone for the Account Coordinator team and work with sales team leadership to document and establish workflow, tasks, team KPIs and best practices, as needed.
Execution: Work as an Account Coordinator, executing proposals as assigned partners request them. Coach the Account Coordinator team to follow best practices and identify roadblocks to the successful execution of our growing volume of Business Development and Account Management proposals, onboarding tasks and other duties.
- Lead weekly team meetings
- Communicate weekly with the operations team on each respective team’s needs, identifying opportunities for efficiency between ops and sales
- Monitor proposal volume daily, monthly and quarterly to benchmark and identify trends
- Assist with proposal tracking, sales initiatives and other duties as needed
Communication: Internal communication with the team will be a crucial responsibility of this role to ensure the team is clear on executing its goals and completing tasks related to the account coordinator position, and as assigned. External communication will include speaking with partners to clarify proposal requests or a number of questions associated with those requests or other services AdCellerant offers.
Reporting: Providing status updates to the VP of Sales weekly on proposal volume as well as monthly and quarterly reports that contain more detail on RFP trends, volume by partner, account coordinator and any related items to help us improve processes and efficiency.

Troubleshooting: When problems arise, it will be necessary to perform troubleshooting steps to ensure that issues are properly resolved. Also, it will be part of your responsibility to document best practices so if the same issue arises in the future the team is better prepared to handle it.
Location Information:
This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility.
Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
Compensation:
The annual compensation range is $57,000 to $75,000 including salary and bonuses.
