PIMCO Japan Limited is seeking a Senior Account Associate to provide essential support to our client-facing teams, ensuring the highest level of service and operational efficiency for our institutional and retail clients.

This hire will focus on our Global Wealth Management business.

Responsibilities:**
* Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to provide timely and accurate resolutions across various operational, reporting, and investment-related matters.
* Assist in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
* Support Account Managers in managing client relationships, including scheduling meetings, maintaining client records, and tracking follow-up actions.
* Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, legal, compliance, and product management to facilitate client requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve client service processes and contribute to the development of best practices.
* Maintain a strong understanding of PIMCO's product offerings, investment strategies, and market developments to effectively address client needs.
* Ensure all client interactions and data are accurately recorded and updated in CRM systems.
* Participate in client meetings and calls, taking detailed notes and assisting with action item follow-up.
* Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required to support the broader client servicing team.
Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in a client service or support role within the financial services industry, preferably in asset management.
* Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and industry regulations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese (native level Japanese required).
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive and client-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
* Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
