We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Account Advisor to join our dynamic Customer Engagement Team. This position is full-time and permanent.
As a Senior Account Advisor you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring profitability and overseeing contract lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growing and maintaining the fleet portfolio
- Managing profitability
- Overseeing the contract lifecycle
- Ensuring the accuracy of customer data
- Providing daily customer service and ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Supporting the team in achieving established KPI targets
- Participating in development projects and initiatives
- Supporting the Team Manager
- Training and onboarding team members
What We Expect from You:

- Motivation to work directly with customers in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and tools
- A results-oriented mindset
- Fluent English skills
- Swedish language skills are considered an advantage but are not required

Compensation start level is 3490 euros / month.
