About the Role

SonderMind is hiring a Senior Account Administrator to manage the self service onboarding program in support of a growing volume of new providers within our group. Senior Account Administrators will be responsible for performing quality assurance and quality control of the onboarding process, monitoring Account Administrators, and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure success of the program.

As our ideal candidate, you are detail oriented, passionate about and energized by supporting business functions at the ground level to enable smooth operations for all involved, and you haven proven experience hitting and exceeding performance goals. This team at Sondermind will work cross-functionally to allow access to our platforms that drive a best in class experience for providers.

Essential Functions 

Self Service Program QA/QC

  • Account Creation Completion and Maintenance
      • Monitor the successful creation of provider accounts within SonderMind’s Admin Portal
      • Track and manage account details within SalesForce and SonderMind’s Admin Portal to ensure accurate records of onboarding paperwork, account status, and relevant account information.
      • Ensure successful data transfer from SalesForce to SonderMind’s Admin Portal
      • Create and enable location access for providers to host virtual and in person therapy sessions
      • Confirm accurate details across third party registries (CAQH), SonderMind’s Admin Portal, and SalesForce during the account creation process
  • Billing Account Setup and Maintenance
      • Review and input W9 paperwork to ensure accurate tax classification and payouts to providers
      • Ensure successful stripe account setup for providers
    • Communicate with appropriate cross-functional teams to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately and ensure providers have access to relevant platforms once accounts have been completed (Stripe, Vanilla, LearnUpon)
  • Provider Referral Program Management
    • Monitor accuracy of referral reporting in salesforce and looker
    • Identify providers eligible for referral bonuses
    • Process payment requests through google form and bill.com
    • Update provider accounts in Salesforce to reflect payments made
    • Work cross-functionally to resolve payment issues, delays, or discrepancies in reporting
  • Provider Success Team Support
    • Support Provider Success Coaches and Provider Success Managers in day to day tasks to move providers through the funnel, including but not limited to:
    • Processing billing and demographic change support requests
    • Tracking onboarding checklist completion and supporting stalled providers
    • Responding to Provider Success Inbox inquiries

  • High accountability and attention to detail

Preferred Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Knowledge of SalesForce
  • Knowledge of Tax processes (W9 paperwork)

The anticipated salary range for this role will be $50,000-55,000.
