We are currently searching for a Lead AA Business Consultant – Limits & Collateral:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
- Lead the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and launching of the 'Fully Negotiable Business Simple Loan' product.
- Engage in constant on-site visits across the project lifecycle to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate directly with Our Client to gather requirements and translate them into functional system configurations.
Your Profile (Requirements)
- Proven experience as an AA Business Consultant with a strong focus on Limits and Collateral.
- Demonstrated ability to physically relocate to or commute within Mexico City for continuous on-site project demands.
- Hands-on experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of financial product launching (Analysis, Design, Configuration, and Testing).
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Desired
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
Languages
- Advanced Spanish: Required for daily operations and local stakeholder communication.
- English advanced is NOT necessary.

- This role requires constant on-site visits across the project; therefore, candidates currently residing in Mexico, city are strongly preferred.

- Experience with Accounting / Soft Accounting within Temenos AA
- Previous commercial or corporate lending implementation experience
- Ability to lead business requirement-gathering workshops with senior bank stakeholders
- Advanced oral English
- Advanced Spanish
- Ability to be physically located in Mexico City (on-site)
- High-performance mindset, resilience, and emotional intelligence
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants
- Prior experience on temporary or contract-based major transformation projects
