Job DescriptionDesign & Production
You design and produce high-quality 3D motion graphics for promotional content, live and non-live formats, ensuring visually compelling and brand-aligned outcomes.
Collaboration & Conceptualization
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and execute creative ideas that drive impactful storytelling across platforms.
Leadership & Mentorship
You mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and inspiration to help grow their creative and professional skills.
Brand Consistency & Innovation
You ensure all visuals adhere to Red Bull’s brand guidelines while actively integrating new design techniques and technologies to push creative boundaries.
Automation & Efficiency
You implement tools, templates, and workflows to optimize production processes, enhance efficiency, and support scalable creative output.
Qualifications5+ years of experience in 3D motion graphics design with expertise in Cinema 4D (Redshift or Octane), Adobe After Effects; knowledge of Maya or Houdini; Unity is a plus
Fluent English communication skills; German is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
Strong animation skills, visual storytelling ability, and a keen eye for brand consistency and quality
Proven experience mentoring junior designers, collaborating in cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects while implementing new technologies and automation tools to improve workflows
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.760 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
