We're currently looking for Education Specialists in Suffolk and surrounding areas to join our team in providing bespoke and holistic support to children and young people who are out of mainstream education. What you'll do:
- Deliver 1:1 or 2:1 personalised learning in homes or community settings.
- Plan creative sessions tailored to each learner's strengths, interests and goals.
- Monitor and report on student progress and setting clear, achievable targets to support ongoing development.
- Conducting risk assessments and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed.
- Support children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
- Encourage confidence, resilience and positive engagement with learning.
What you need:
- At least one year's experience supporting young people with SEND, SEMH needs or other additional needs.
- Experience planning and delivering learning sessions, particularly around core subjects.
- Confidence using positive behaviour support, de-escalation and emotional regulation strategies.
- Update to date safeguarding knowledge.
- Availability for at least two consistent weekdays.

Skills Required
