For our Procurement organization, we are currently looking for a Semiconductor Management Expert who will act as the subject matter expert for semiconductor-related topics across KION Group as part of Critical Part Management Team. Through close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure supply continuity, monitor market developments, and support strategic decision-making.

Your Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess semiconductor availability and supply risks across KION Group
Own and develop KION’s semiconductor management tools, dashboards, and reporting
Drive market intelligence, early warning activities, and mitigation plans
Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure supply continuity and resilience
Coordinate R&D and lifecycle management activities related to semiconductor components
Manage supplier onboarding into KION’s preventive semiconductor management framework
Act as Subject Matter Expert for semiconductor market developments and trends
Deliver decision-ready insights and reports for Procurement and senior management
Develop strategic partnerships across the semiconductor ecosystem
Support sourcing activities and help resolve critical supply bottlenecks
Your Skills and Expertise:
Completed apprenticeship or degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field
Experience with intelligence gathering and analysis processes and ability to analyze complex data and develop strategies
Experience in supplier/supply chain risk management, strategic purchasing or in the supply chain of electronic/electrical components
Experience in the semiconductor industry, automotive industry, or at a supplier of electronic components is preferred
Strong analytical skills and confidence in PowerPoint, PowerBI as a plus
Very strong stakeholder management skills
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Experience in project management, digitalization, and technology implementation is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Fluent English; German and Mandarin are a plus
