Work in the DRAM Row Hammer Refresh IP Verification Team to work with cross functional teams to verify the DRAM Row Hammer Refresh (RHR) functionality and ensure all Micron’s DRAM project designs are free from RHR issues and concerns. Collaborate closely with different product verification and cross functional teams in to drive the best block verification specification, methodology, and plan. Develop, drive, and execute block level verification plan, which includes developing the block level testbench, vectors, coverage, simulation and debugging. Involved in the development of cutting-edge and new block verification methodologies and tools. Collaborate with global colleagues.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Position requires education or experience in:

1. Integrated Circuits;

2. CMOS design;

3. Circuit debug;

4. Digital simulation knowledge in Verilog;

5. Programming knowledge: Python, C/C++.
