Semi Senior Operations Execution Analyst

Capgemini is seeking a proactive and skilled Semi Senior Operations Execution Analyst to join our team supporting one of the top 10 U.S. insurance carriers. Location: Brazil (Remote/Hybrid) – Preferred: Availability to working PST

What You’ll Do:

·       Providing various data analysis;

·       Helping with the sizing of initial project ideas so we can accurately understand the impact expected if we implement the requested initiative.

·       After implementation to measure the impact of the change to see if it met our initial expectation or if we need to make adjustments to achieve those results.

·       Working with various stakeholders to understand the business needs and then incorporate those along with any feedback into creating new or updating existing applications.

What We’re Looking For:

·       Ability to build out professional presentations to visualize trends and areas of needed improvement required as well as effective communication skills to present those findings to senior leadership.

Experience:

• Minimum: 3 years

• Education: Bachelor Degree (Computer Science)

Skills:

·       English proficiency (The interview will be in English)
