Este rol es responsable de proveer servicio a clientes para asegurarse que la infraestructura TI y sus sistemas se mantengan operativos.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
- Hacer configuraciones de mediana y alta complejidad.
- Asegurar que la infraestructura asignada en el sitio del cliente esté configurada, instalada, probada y operativa
- Ayudar a analizar, asignar y escalar llamadas de soporte.
- Investigar las llamadas de soporte asignada e identificar la causa raíz de los incidentes y problemas.
- Brindar soporte técnico en el sitio a los clientes.
- Resuelve llamadas e identifica la causa raíz de incidentes, eventos y problemas para garantizar una gestión proactiva en el futuro.
- Contribuye a garantizar la resolución eficiente e integral de incidentes, problemas, eventos y solicitudes.
REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES
- Estudios técnicos y/o profesionales en Informática, Computación, Sistemas o afines.
- 5+ años de experiencia en roles similares.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar por turnos 8x6, fuera de Santiago.
- Nivel de inglés conversacional avanzado (será evaluado).
- Licencia de conducir clase B.
REQUISITOS DESEABLES
- Certificaciones Comptia, ITIL y/o Microsoft 365
