SEMH Inclusion Support Adviser

Salary: £32,578 - £34,811 per annum 

Hours per week: 37 hours (Term Time Only, 39 working weeks per year)

Interview date: Week commencing 19 October 2026

Our Behaviour Support Service is looking for a SEMH Inclusion Support Advisor. The Service provides advice, training, and practical support to primary schools across Wiltshire, helping school staff to meet learners’ social, emotional, and mental health needs.

This role requires an experienced Teaching Assistant with strong SEMH and behaviour support knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships, deliver effective interventions, and work independently while contributing to a wider team.
