THE JOURNEY

  • Develop and execute data-driven paid search strategies on Google Ads campaigns to scale efficiently our Web & App user acquisition programs.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation with support from MarTech to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage budget allocation and bidding strategy across campaigns to meet CACs and budget targets.
  • Conduct keyword research and create compelling and effective ad copy to identify high-value search terms and resonate different audience segments.
  • Analyze campaign performance through various metrics (CAC, CVR, LTV, ROAS, etc.) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid search advertising.
  • Collaborate closely across functions (e.g., regional marketing leaders, data science, martech, product & engineering, design & comms etc.).
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track progress and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in paid search advertising, with a strong track record of success in managing and optimizing SEM(Google Ads) and ASA campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of keyword research tools, ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, and campaign management techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights. 
  • You have knowledge of tools such as or similar to Tableau, Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, Google Analytics and MMPs like Adjust or Appsflyer.  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate strategies and results to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with attribution modeling and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional European languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian) is a plus.
