About Us:
Renken Remodeling is a fast-growing leader in high-end, efficient bathroom remodeling solutions. To fuel our expansion, we're seeking a dynamic Selling Sales Manager to lead and expand our regional In-Home Sales Team.
Position Overview:
This dual-role position puts you at the heart of revenue growth—managing a team of In-Home Sales Representatives while jumping into the sales process yourself. You'll blend leadership, coaching, and hands-on selling to build and scale a top-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor appointments set by the Inside Sales Team
Support and train Sales Representatives through in-home ride-alongs
Run sales appointments and assist reps in closing deals when needed
Track and report key performance metrics; hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Conduct cancel-save appointments to reclaim lost opportunities
Collaborate with the Rehash Manager on open or unresolved leads
Deliver ongoing training and professional development for the sales team
Set clear, actionable sales goals aligned with business objectives
Qualifications:
5+ years of successful in-home sales experience, ideally in 1-Day Bathroom Remodeling or similar industries
At least 2 years in a leadership or sales management role
Proven track record coaching and inspiring sales teams to smash targets
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy with iPads, CRM systems, and digital contract tools
