The Business Partner, Selling & Marketing Excellence Manager is responsible for designing, influencing, and executing strategic and operational plans aligned with Business Unit priorities and Selling Excellence objectives. This role plays a critical part in strengthening the capabilities of sales and marketing teams by delivering high-impact development solutions that enhance commercial performance in the High Specialty market.
This position partners closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps, implement targeted development initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and commercial excellence.
Your responsibilities:
This position gives you the opportunity to lead key activities to advance YOUR career, the main ones are:
- Learning facilitation and development initiatives: Leading learning and development programs, adapting global and regional training solutions to local needs and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Define and strengthen strategic capabilities: identify and develop the key capabilities and soft skills needed in the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure competitiveness in the High Specialty market, with a focus on the government sector.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales and marketing teams, strengthening leadership skills and promoting talent development within the organization.
- Drive field excellence by spending 50% of work time in the field, working closely with sales leaders to identify opportunities for improvement in leadership, management and commercial execution.
- Monitor capability development and performance progress to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Strategic collaboration: Establish and maintain trusting relationships with sales and commercial leaders to understand their challenges and develop joint solutions that promote innovation and necessary capabilities.
