About The Role
This role manages cross-border operations across multiple regions, ensuring timely order delivery through close coordination with sellers and internal teams. It focuses on operational excellence by tracking quality metrics, improving seller performance, and establishing processes for new country launches.
 
 

Responsibilities

  • Managing cross-border operations across multiple regions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sellers to ensure orders arrive to customer within the deadline.
  • Coordinate with sellers and other units for product procurement
  • Communicate well with sellers and coordinate all operational processes
  • Prepare operational quality metricsFollow up seller operation quality improvement points & leading projects
  • Coordinate and create operational processes for new countries

Expected Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of extensive experience in supplier or vendor management.
  • Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross teams and considering stakeholder management
  • Critical thinker with a data-driven and problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluency in English.
