We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and manage seller operations on Kredimall. This role will be crucial in building strong relationships with suppliers, driving campaign success, and ensuring overall seller performance.
About the Job :
- Develop strategies to grow seller performance (GMV, orders, assortment).
- Maintain relationship including conduct regular visit with sellers to maintain daily operations and to improve seller performance.
- Create and negotiate campaign with sellers to improve sales performance.
- Monitoring seller performance indicator, give recommendation to sellers and highlights area for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, campaign, operations) to drive seller growth.
About You :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing sellers in a marketplace environment, preferably coming from E-commerce or Retail Business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a startup mindset.
