Responsibilities
- Define and execute the launch & growth strategy for Seller Financial Services in line with the company’s overall strategic priorities.
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of new financing products (e.g., credit solutions, embedded finance models) for sellers.
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with banks and fintechs to expand the financing ecosystem.
- Leveraging insights on seller needs and behaviors to shape end-to-end journeys that maximize adoption and impact.
- Shape the product and partnership roadmap by tracking market trends, emerging financial solutions, and regulatory changes.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with external partners to drive collaboration and long-term growth.
- Partnering with marketing, analytics and technology teams to deliver planned roadmap (e.g., data lake prep, developing risk models and propensity to buy models)
Expected Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years experience (Minimum 2 years "Product/3rd party management" experience in banking or fin-tech)
- Experienced in banking, financial services, third party management and commercial operations and P&L responsibility
- Exceptional communication, persuasion and team working skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making skillsRisk knowledge and advance analytics experience is a plus
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- High level analytical skills and growth mindset
