Job Description:
Poshmark is looking for a strategic Operations Manager to lead the expansion of our Closet Partner network.
In this role, you'll own the strategy and execution for recruiting, onboarding, and scaling a distributed network of sellers who power our growing Consignment business by listing and selling on behalf of others.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Community teams to design and execute high-impact acquisition strategies, optimize performance, and create playbooks that fuel Closet Partner success.
What you'll do:
Design and own the Closet Partner recruitment funnel with a focus on efficiency and volume
Build localized strategies to support targeted activation and engagement efforts
Create scalable, repeatable processes for outreach, onboarding, and engagement
Collaborate with Marketing and Product to develop core messaging and value proposition for Closet Partner growth
Represent the voice of our Closet Partners, surfacing feedback, identifying friction points, and championing improvements across the business
Your First Six Months:
Lead Closet Partner recruitment cycle in our first Consignment market
Design, test, and iterate on core messaging, tactics, and programming to convert and grow Closet Partners and deliver on business goals
Develop playbook and workflows for Closet Partner recruitment as we expand to additional markets
Your First 12+ Months:
Develop replicable and scalable launch strategies and playbooks for Closet Partner growth in additional markets
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify product and business opportunities to accelerate our Closet Partner growth and program success
Grow and lead teams to accelerate our Consignment impact across the country
What you bring:
3+ years of experience in operations, supply growth, or marketplace development
Experience designing and refining funnel-based growth strategies, including experimentation and optimization
Highly analytical and structured thinker (you use data to drive decisions and communicate outcomes)
Strong project management skills with a bias for execution and continuous iteration
Clear communicator and effective cross-functional collaborator
Passion for empowering small sellers and enabling new earning opportunities
Willingness to travel (up to 25% of time)
Nice to Have:
Experience in fashion, social commerce, or working directly with gig/small business sellers
Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, or funnel analytics software
Comfort navigating ambiguity and working on zero-to-one programs
Salary Range:
