We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in IBIS Alhedeya Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our market position.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyze sales and marketing data to optimize performance and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Project management experience and ability to handle multiple priorities
- In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural nuances
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable
