Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in IBIS Alhedeya Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our market position.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to optimize performance and ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities to senior management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Project management experience and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural nuances
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable
