Selenium Test Engineer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Selenium Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium and a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC). You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our applications and delivering a seamless experience to our users.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and build effective test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Identify, analyze, and document defects, and work closely with developers for resolution.
• Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and provide timely feedback.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze results.
• Continuously enhance test automation frameworks and improve test coverage.
• Maintain test documentation and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-4 years of hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium Java
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Good understanding of automation frameworks (POM, BDD, Hybrid etc.)
• Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
