L’addetto alla segreteria didattica è responsabile di tutti i processi legati alla gestione degli studenti  dell’Istituto. Tutte le attività correlate vengono svolte in costante interazione con la Direzione Didattica, il corpo docenti e le famiglie.
Responsabilità principali:

• Accoglienza  dell’utenza che necessita di informazioni o prestazioni
• Inserimento delle domande d’iscrizione ed esplicamento di tutte le operazioni ad esse collegate
• Organizzazione delle attività scolastiche ed extra scolastiche.
• Gestione dell’agenda del Dirigente Scolastico.
• Archiviare tutta la modulista relativa ai corsi
• Predisposizione della documentazione necessaria per lo svolgimento di corsi ed esami
• Seguire tutte le norme di salute e sicurezza.
Competenze, qualifiche ed esperienza

• Comprovata esperienza lavorativa in ambito impiegatizio
• Autonomia nella gestione delle varie procedure
• Conoscenza delle normative che regolano le attività scolastiche
• Problem solving
• Ottime doti relazionali
• Utilizzo dei principali strumenti informatici e software scolastici
• Diploma di Scuola Secondaria di Secondo Grado
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno livello B2)

  • Proven work experience in an administrative office environment
  • Ability to independently manage administrative procedures
  • Knowledge of regulations governing school activities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with common computer tools and school management software
  • Upper secondary school diploma
  • English language proficiency at least B2 level
  • Satisfactory criminal background checks and employment-history vetting covering the previous 10 years
