Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing the enterprise lines of business with analysis related to market share, market segmentation, marketing campaigns and or other measures of business performance. They will work closely with other departments to ensure data quality, accuracy, timely and targeted analysis to answer business questions/testing business hypothesis. In addition, this position will serve as the analytics lead to plan, develop, execute, and analyze OMNI channel member and prospect marketing/communication journeys in support of all lines of business.
- Uses data, historical performance, past experience and marketing acumen to proactively identify opportunities to drive growth within key strategic initiatives.
- Development and execution of customer relationship management strategies, leveraging 1st and 3rd party data to identify target audiences, design personalized journeys, and deploy engaging content for Email, SMS, Social and Direct Mail campaigns (OMNI Channel).
- Utilize 1st and 3rd party data sources to identify and target quality audiences, in addition to data hygiene and data quality through data analysis and validation.
- Journey development, validation, enhancement, and curation through CRM platform to provide incremental retention and acquisition.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of lifecycle marketing initiatives, making data driven decisions to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Consult with key stakeholders to determine how we can support their business needs through member and prospect data analysis.
- Develop strategies to identify potential buyers for our ancillary product offerings such as Dental and Vision..
- Develop and enhance predictive models to enhance our go to market target audience and answer specific business questions.
- Work with cross functional teams includes sales teams to manage key data processes that support overall acquisition, retention, new product development and sales efforts.
- Translate data into innovative analysis/reports and communicate strategic information to business leadership and respective team members.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Requires Bachelors degree preferred
- Requires minimum of three (3) years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud.
- Requires a minimum of five (5) years of experience in database management, segmentation and analysis experience field or relevant field.
- Requires in-depth experience with reporting applications
Knowledge:
- Health Insurance Industry or financial/Credit Card Industry
- General understanding of model development and implementation
- Experience with analytical software such as SAS, SPSS
- Experience with database queries using SQL
- Requires strong knowledge of research techniques and resources.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and Salesforce suite of products.
- Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows based environment, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes; Should be knowledgeable in the use of intranet and internet applications.

Salary Range:
$84,700 - $115,605
This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Horizon at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
