The opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy as a Segment Sales Manager and be an expert. This role allows you to gain in-depth knowledge of the specific market and provide our clients with the best-in-class product. You'll play a crucial role in making a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction and contribute to building a team/function. How you’ll make an impact
You will establish and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and knowledge of customer needs.
You will ensure the development of marketing & sales plans in alignment with local Hitachi Energy strategies and plans.
You will define and implement marketing & sales strategies aimed at developing industry business and growing the customer base in Taiwan.
You will perform sales activities to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue objectives.
You will deliver well pipeline management with dedicated CRM system.
You will collaborate with all related local Hitachi Energy Business Units to ensure alignment.
You will participate in internal work groups to share know-how, processes, and market information with Hitachi Energy Business Units.
You will do work cross functionally through the various Hitachi Energy sales, marketing, services and support departments to define and advance the overall team goals.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or energy industry (Electrical background is a plus).
At least 5+ years of sales experience in Semiconductor industry. Proven ability to develop and manage strong customer relationships.
Strong marketing & sales skills and hands-on experience.
Ability to progress projects such as front-end sales & marketing from origination to execution.
Industry knowledge in Electronics and Engineering desirable but not essential.
Excellent time management, decision-making, presentation, relationship- building, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deliver professional and persuasive presentations.
