Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the construction sector.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans that align with business objectives and drive product adoption.
- Product Positioning: Collaborate with product management and sales teams to effectively position cable accessory products in the market.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute global marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders by leveraging sales team supports to understand key customers' needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Provide marketing support to the sales team, including the creation of sales tools, presentations, and training materials.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, portfolio marketer, sales, and application engineer, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing within the construction industry, preferably with cable accessories or related electrical products.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to cable accessories.
