Job Description
- Develop Customer-Centric Strategies – Design tailored marketing strategies based on insights into HNWI/UHNWI lifestyles to align with their preferences and values
- Lead Investment & Lifestyle Marketing – Create impactful campaigns that combine wealth management principles with premium lifestyle experiences, including luxury travel
- Execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns – Manage marketing activities across online, offline, and sponsorship channels, ensuring seamless execution and brand consistency
- Drive Cross-Border Collaboration – Coordinate with international teams to align global marketing strategies and ensure effective communication
- Manage Partnerships & Brand Integrity – Identify high-value partnerships, oversee sponsorship negotiations, and act as a brand guardian to ensure all materials align with corporate identity and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field
- At least 8 years of work experience in marketing communications, content management and activity, or digital marketing—experience in the banking or wealth management industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of digital and emerging technologies; critical thinker with creative skills
- In-depth understanding of affluent and high-net-worth client lifestyles, with the ability to manage partnerships, curate lifestyle experiences (e.g. trips), and oversee event execution with performance tracking
- A strong sense of aesthetics and an appreciation of luxury and wealth-oriented lifestyles is a plus
- Proven ability to lead in a modern, customer-centric working environment
