Introducing our NEW Technology Graduate Program

We’re launching SEEK’s first Technology Graduate Program in KL! This program is crafted to grow technologists with a dedicated specialisation, complemented by broad exposure to other areas of IT at SEEK. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, we’ll help YOU explore, learn, and carve out your ideal career path in technology.

Program highlights:

• Permanent Employment – You will be joining us as a permanent employee, as we want you to grow with us for the long term!
• Gain expertise in Security, Data, Enterprise Tech (think infrastructure), or Customer Tech (SaaS) during a 9-month core placement then level-up and explore a different tech field for 3 months, via your 'elective' rotation
• Gain exposure to technologies like AWS, Python, Node.JS, SQL, Salesforce, Workday, Spark, Databricks and more
• Supervisor & Buddy System – Be assigned rotational supervisors who ensure that you're on track with your goals, while your buddy is your development 'co-pilot' and first SEEK friend
• SEEK Support – Choose a mentor to guide you on your SEEK path. You will also have the SEEK grad crew who will share their experiences being in your shoes some time ago!

• showcase your passion projects, GitHub profile, contributions to the field of technology, and if you attend any industry events or meetups
• Strong team orientation - you can listen and contribute in equal parts
• Ability to collaborate, be curious, have fun, and not be afraid to be yourself
• A problem-solver who possesses critical thinking skills and effective communication skills.
• Contributions to your community (e.g., volunteering) will be an added advantage.

How do I know if I am eligible?

Here is the application fine print. You will need to be...

• A final year student or graduate in any field (preferably Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity),
• No more than 2 years of relevant work experience in IT
• A Malaysian Citizen or holds a Malaysian Permanent Resident Status.
• Able to start our program in September 2025.

What can you expect from our hiring process?

Once we’ve received your application, our process will involve the following:

1. Online Assessment - We challenge you to showcase your outstanding tech skills and answer a few video questions, at your own pace, from the comfort of home
2. Virtual Assessment Centre - Shortlisted candidates will join us for our Assessment Day where you will meet some of our team and learn a lot more about life at SEEK.
3. Offers - Preferred candidates will be called and offered a place in our program for 2025
