Job Description:
As a Digital Sales Representative, you work in an Account team in close collaboration with a Account Manager and Sales Specialists. Your main goal is to make the transactional business run for major named accounts in France. You are knowledgeable about information systems technologies and the latest trends. You advise customers on choosing the best HPE solutions in compute or storage and follow the deals from the qualification to the closing. You maintain a reliable, long-term relationship with customers. You establish a business forecast for the coming 3 months.
In a typical day as a Sedentary Commercial Account Representative, you would
- Sale HPE products, services and solutions in compute and storage to existing and new customers via phone
- Engage with customers to understand their needs
- Establish and maintain relationships to cooperate with decision-makers
- Manage the sales process all the way to closing business. Cover all activities from quotation, preparation of commercial offers until delivery of the solutions follow-up.
Your profile
- Happy to establish yourself in sedentary IT sales
- Typically 3+ years of professional experience in IT remote sales
- Methodical, precise, structured and responsive
- A good listener with strong presentation skills
- Holding a Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent qualification
- Have good understanding on how businesses operate with strong business acumen in transactional sales
- Savvy about the IT industry and the main trends preferably in compute and storage
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Good level of English
