You’ll be the force behind our security culture — designing, delivering, and evolving training programs across the organization. This role mixes education, psychology, and security.
What You’ll Do:-
Lead company-wide security awareness campaigns and phishing simulations

Deliver onboarding and periodic compliance training (SOC 2, ISO 27001)

Partner with HR and Compliance to align training with regulatory frameworks

Maintain metrics and KPIs on training effectiveness and behavior change

Tailor training programs for engineers, business users, and leadership
- Create or license engaging multimedia training content
● 2+ years in security awareness, L&D, communications, or cyber training roles.
● Experience with awareness platforms (KnowBe4, Ninjio, Wizer, Hoxhunt, etc.).
● Understanding of common cyber threats (phishing, social engineering, password
hygiene, data protection).
● Skilled in simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
● Experience with LMS systems and training tracking.
● Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
● Instructional design background (CIPD, ATD, or similar preferred).
● Experience creating videos, micro-learning modules, or graphic content.
● Familiarity with using AI (e.g., ChatGPT) for content creation and ideation.
