About Us:Casaplex is a Kensington, MD based company that designs, builds and supports integrated technology solutions for corporate offices, fitness studios, hospitality, education, government and even high-end residential applications. Our mission is to enhance the way people work, collaborate, and live through the innovative use of technology.
The Service Team serves as the focal point of our organization as all systems are maintained by them and client retention is performed through them.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain security systems (alarms, CCTV, access control)
Troubleshoot and repair systems as needed
Conduct routine system testing and inspections
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Maintain accurate service records
Requirements:
Experience with security system installation and maintenance (2+ years preferred)
Working knowledge of low-voltage systems
Strong troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently
Nice to Have:
Manufacturer certifications (e.g., Hikvision, Honeywell, DSC)
Basic networking knowledge
