WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Supervise and manage security staff
- Perform Security Officer duties when needed
- Implement and enforce security procedures
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities
- Train Security Officers and Shift Leads
- Communicate with operations management
- Conduct inspections and manage staff sign‑in/out
- Assist with payroll and personnel management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma; Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred
- 2+ years security experience, including 1 year supervisory
- Valid State Guard License
- Strong knowledge of security operations
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and work flexible hours

- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Clear a criminal background check.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer systems.
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience within the Security Industry.
- State Guard License.
- Willingness to submit to and successfully complete a background investigation.
- Ability to meet and maintain applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
- Keyboarding, basic computer usage and operating controls.
- CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, climb stairs, lift/move up to 25 lbs, and perform patrol duties.
