Bachelor's degree with three years of progressively responsible security experience or associates degree with five years of progressively responsible security experience or HS/GED with seven years of progressively responsible security experience.

Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation, or equivalent, required within two years of date of employment. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record in accordance with Mayo Clinic Policy
