Job Summary:
The Security Specialist Residential position at Two North Breakers Row involves providing protective services to residents and the property. Responsibilities include monitoring surveillance systems, controlling access, responding to security and safety concerns, conducting investigations, and assisting residents with various requests.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor surveillance systems and control access to the premises
- Inspect apartments and mechanical rooms for security issues
- Attend daily briefings and follow security protocols
- Respond to resident security and safety concerns
- Conduct investigations and write incident reports as necessary
- Assist residents with requests after hours
- Deliver newspapers and inter-office mail
- Be the first responder to emergencies and alarms
- Enforce safety regulations and respond to security incidents
- Maintain composure and professionalism in all situations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in security or related field
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in stressful situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with security protocols and procedures
