- Patrol assigned areas on foot and/or by vehicle to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets.
- Monitor building access points and verify credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, and requests for assistance.
- Complete detailed and accurate incident, activity, and shift reports.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors with directions, information, and general inquiries.
- Enforce site policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Observe and report suspicious activities, hazards, safety concerns, and unauthorized persons.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and designated areas.
- Coordinate with local emergency responders and site management as needed.
