Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conducting regular patrols of premises to maintain a secure environment
- Monitoring surveillance systems and security equipment
- Authorising entry of people and vehicles in line with site protocols
- Safeguarding the wellbeing of staff, visitors, and contractors
- Identifying and reporting suspicious behaviour or incidents to supervisors
- Responding promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies
- Preparing accurate daily reports of security activity
Skills & Experience
- Current SA Security Licence
- Current SA Driver’s Licence
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Certificate II or III in Security Operations along with First Aid
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to remain on foot for extended periods
- Sharp observational and communication skills along with attention to detail
