Oversee and coordinate daily security operations at HMAS Harman, lead and support security officers, escalate incidents per Defence procedures, liaise with clients and contractors, and perform ad-hoc officer duties as required.

Manage workforce rosters and service delivery for client portfolios: respond to operational requests, conduct employee welfare calls, maintain standards, and support day-shift rostering and training in Parramatta.

Lead identification, evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies across the organisation. Manage technology projects from planning to delivery, optimise enterprise solutions, partner with vendors, engage stakeholders, and drive change through training and documentation to ensure successful adoption.

Aboriginal Liaison Officers assist First Nations people using the public transport network, providing support, engaging in customer service, and collaborating with external agencies to help vulnerable individuals.

Manage service delivery and client relationships for Queensland aviation clients, ensure compliance with aviation security regulations, lead teams, drive cost efficiencies, support business development, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, and oversee rostering and contract/tender management.

Lead the site emergency response team, deliver and maintain emergency training and drills, manage HSE and personnel records, produce monthly reports, conduct site familiarisation, attend KPI meetings, and perform ESO/rescue duties as required.
